The talk was given by Kent Alstad at DevConnections, with comments by Richard Campbell and Carl Franklin. The talk begins 10 minutes 40 seconds in. It has alot of excellent information on performance in large scale internet applications and the trade offs of application space data cashing. If you work on internet applications I highly recommend this.
